6. Intellectual Property Rights

Before Full Payment: All designs, code, content, and materials created by WORLDXGROWTH remain our exclusive intellectual property.
After Full Payment: Ownership rights are transferred to the client as per the agreed contract terms.
Client Responsibilities
- You must own or have rights to any content you provide for the project
- You are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses for third-party assets
- Unauthorized copying or redistribution of our work is strictly prohibited
7. Limitation of Liability
