Non-Refundable Cases (Detailed)
Strictly Non-Refundable Once Work Begins
Development Work Started
If coding, designing, or development work has commenced, no refund can be issued as resources have been allocated.
Digital Delivery
Once any digital product (code, design files, documents, software) is delivered, refunds cannot be processed.
Resource Allocation
If server setup, domain purchase, or third-party tools have been procured for your project.
Time-Based Services
Consultation hours, strategy sessions, or time-based services once delivered cannot be refunded.

Why Digital Services Differ
Unlike physical products, digital services involve immediate allocation of skilled resources, intellectual effort, and specialized tools. Once work begins, the service cannot be "returned" or "unused."

If you wish to cancel a project after work has started:
- No refund will be issued for work already completed
- You will be billed for all work done until cancellation
- All project materials remain our property until full payment
